At McInnes, Read & Lucas, we have been providing surveying, engineering and planning services in Papakura and the Auckland region for over 70 years.
Our surveying practise was established in 1949.
This gives us an unequalled advantage in terms of familiarity with local authority requirements as they relate to land in the Auckland region.
While large enough to offer a total surveying service, our structure allows us to continue to provide a personal service to our clients.

Our company has two directors, with a combined surveying experience of over 60 years. Both Duncan and Noel are registered Professional Surveyors, a qualification allowing them additional sign off authority.

Solomone Manuopangai is is our specialist planner. He holds a Master’s degree from Waikato University and is a member of NZPI.
